Shipping

At evaless, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 10-20 business days from the date that it is placed.

Payment Confirmation:

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.

Once the payment is verified, the order cannot be canceled or changed. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Redirecting An Order:

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We appreciate your understanding!

Processing:

It normally takes 2-6 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.

If items in your order are prepared within 24 hours, we can ship them in one day. We will send you an email if the processing time takes longer than expected.

Shipping:

Shipment takes approximately 6 to 14 business days to reach destination countries.

Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with an international e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.

**Shipping Delays**

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Usually, it takes about 8-20 days to reach some countries. Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time; our Support Center (support@eytino.com) will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. We appreciate your kind understanding.
