Order cancellation:
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
The buyer must first contact our Support Center at support@eytino.com to provide a reason; our Support Center will arrange the cancellation within 1-2 working days.
30-Day Return Warranty:
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact our Support Center immediately at: orzbow@hibabys.com.cn
Solutions:
1. Orzbow's Responsibility:
If Orzbow is responsible for shipping the wrong item or size, we will allow a refund or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will issue a full refund for the original product price and its shipping cost, or resend a replacement free of charge.
2. Customer's responsibility:
Please note that customers are fully responsible for choosing the correct product during checkout.
If customers choose the wrong items or the wrong size, they can return the item to us for a refund (product price only). The specific fee will depend on the courier company you choose.
Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
Kind reminder: Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Return packages must be authorized. Any return request not authorized by customer service will not be processed.
Compensation time-frame:
For returned or exchanged items, we require 3-7 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us immediately at our Support Center: orzbow@hibabys.com.cn
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund time-frame is as follows:
PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: 7-14 business days
Return Address:
Please contact our Support Center immediately if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
